What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns as all items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Exceptions are at the discretion of our staff and subject to a restocking fee. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns before completing your purchase to ensure you're fully satisfied with your choice.

What are your shipping details?

We offer flat-rate shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping, we need your full name, mailing address, and phone number. An invoice with the shipping details will be sent to you by email. For all inquiries, please send us a message or use the chat below.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer payment plans on most items through Shop Pay by Affirm. When available, installment pay options can be selected upon checkout. All agreements are made between the lender and purchaser, of which we have no ability to alter and assume no liability. We encourage customers to carefully review payment details and policies prior to checkout.

The estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping. Rates range from 0-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. More options may be available upon approval. State notices to consumers: affirm.com/licenses.

Can you service and repair my gear?

We are here to keep your gear running in top shape, whether you need a simple tuneup or total overhaul. Rates and available services can be viewed below. Swing by the shop or send us a message for a quote.

Services:

  • Reheading and tuning
  • Deep cleaning shells and hardware
  • Hardware/parts repair and replacement
  • Light to moderate shell crack repair
  • Cymbal crack repair
  • Hide drumhead replacement and tuning, such as djembes, congas, dunduns and more.

Rates:

  • Bench labor: $50/hour (+ parts)
  • Cymbal repair: $35-$45 per crack
  • Hide drumhead replacement: starting at $125

We do not currently cut shells or do bearing edges, but are happy to refer you to a specialist.

Do you purchase used gear?

We love used gear! Drums, cymbals, percussion, and non-drummer pieces are all welcome.

We both purchase used gear and offer trade-in credit towards your next purchase. Your store credit can be applied immediately or sent as gift card, so you may purchase when the time is right.
