Drum is missing hardware

Reso side of drum has a split in the plies of the bearing edge (See photos)

Wrap seam is lifted and cracked in one corner (See photos)

Hairline crack on outside ply that goes across the whole shell. Crack does not go through to inside of drum (See photos)
