Small bit of inlay on the batter side hoop missing. (not seen when kit is set up)
The bass drum was likely virgin from the factory as it now has a squared off ludwig center post. The squared off tom mount seems to have left the shell with a slight indent behind the mount. Holds solid and the drum sounds great so we're chalking this one up as a visual downside.
