Crack has been carved out in body of cymbal. Repair was professionally done in our shop. No new cracks and edges are smooth around. Some keyholing in the bell surrounding by deep lathing.
Umbrella profile accented by a larger flat-topped bell. Slowly bows down the entire body of the cymbal, with a steeper curve down right near the edge. A couple spots seem to have a slight extra bend downward, but this does not feel noticeable while playing.
The sound and character changes quite a bit as you move across the cymbal. Medium pitched with a unique chiming note. Dry and knocking right in the middle of the body. Opens up to a darker hum with some complex, trashy overtones as you move towards the edge. Bright, cutting bell. Loud, roaring crash.
