These stamps cover a big window of time, but our best guess is 70s based on gong style and the brilliant finish that came into production in the 70s.

Gong-like profile. Bell appears to be self-drilled by previous owner. Approximately 1/4" hole, too small for mounting with most modern cymbal stands.
