Drum has all of its lugs as well as one matching hoop (damaged), but missing the rest of the hardware

Break in bass drum hoop (See photos)

Finish is in rough shape with some of the full dress diamonds missing as well as scratching throughout the shell (See photos)

A bit of a project drum for sure

Drum is in good condition other then the issues mentioned above
