1941 Ludwig & Ludwig "Top Hat" Swing Sensation Outfit
Not your average "Top Hat" outfit but the Mother to the reissue for Ludwig's 90th anniversary. This is the exact set that was scanned to reproduce the top hat re production wrap.

We'll start with the downside - The bass drum has some cracking/splits running along the rail mount (likely caused by said mount). These have been repaired a few years ago. When the outfit is fully assembled the cracking is hardly noticeable.
The bass drum hoops have a small portion of reproduction inlay on toward the bottoms of the hoops.
Other than the mentioned issues with the bass drum - the set is in amazing shape. No issues with any of the toms or snare drum. These pieces are all original and factory correct.
Included with the set is most parts to get the kit as close to catalog correct as we can - floor tom cradle, snare stand, bass drum rail, snare stand, hi hat stand, bass drum pedal, bass drum muffler, double cowbell and woodblock w/ holder, two cymbal arms, and accompanying salesman binder with the correct catalog inside.
