One cigarette burn in bass drum wrap in front of rail mount (please see photos). Otherwise, Wrap is in great shape

Extra set of holes above spur holes, likely a miss-drill situation. Quite possible the set was originally made without spurs - having them added at some point. 

Floor tom sports 3 original internal reinforcement rings due to the construction of this shell.
