Previous owner has added the tom bracket and rail

• One of the holes for the rail mount shows some lacquer cracking - very minor and not seen unless the rail is off the drum.
• The bracket on the tom is on a panel that puts the badge facing the player when setup properly on the rail.

Finish and hardware are in great shape otherwise.
