No stamp, but our educated guess based on lathing and profile puts this in late 50s/60s. 

Bell center hole appears to have been reamed out in repair. Hole measures approx. 9/6", with a 1/8" crack traveling in from the center.

Edges show some playing wear but remain mostly smooth around.
